The crowd at the 2006 Aria Awards got a little more than what they bargained for, when former Australian Idol contestant Axle Whitehead presented an award... with his fly unzipped and privates exposed. Whitehead also allegedly simulated masturbation on the Aria trophy. Needless to say, the incident was not aired on TV.
