So, what is pozole? It's a wonderful stew made of hominy, pork (or chicken/beef), cabbage, salsa, onions, limes, and chile peppers.

The dish is Mexican and often popular during the holiday season. Although you can pretty much get it year round, so hallelujah to that.
While the dish is typically red, you can also get pozole verde which is just as bomb.
People like adding cilantro, poblano peppers, and other green chiles. Everybody's got their own style, but the idea is the same.
